Eternal CoQ10 improves energy production and acts as an antioxidant. The antioxidant activity of CoQ10 is limited. It protects only against the damage to fat. It also helps to increase antioxidants in the body by having a sparing effect on vitamin E. CoQ10 works with Vitamin E to fight free radical damage.

As an antioxidant to fat, CoQ10 may promote heart health. It also may help to maintain blood pressure in the normal range, increase energy and endurance levels, and support the immune system.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) to two (2) soft gelatin capsules daily.
